DBN™ works with local community leaders, education partners, public institutions, and regeneration projects to deliver workforce development, leadership programmes, digital learning, and inclusive growth strategies.

DBN™ co-designed a community-led network connected to a major regeneration and cultural district, in partnership with a public-sector place-based authority. DBN™ embedded lived experience, equity, and innovation into regeneration, education, and skills governance, creating a model of paid community leadership and shared authority.
